Refund Policy
All items are non transferable. No transfer items cannot be returned to us, which means no refunds or exchanges can be made. Please be sure you try all the demos available before purchasing.
Failed Transactions
If you have purchased an item and you cannot locate it in your inventory please visit our redelivery terminal in the store.
Duplicate Purchases
During times of lag or SL bugs occasionally a duplicate transaction may occur. If you believe this has happened to you, please copy and paste into a notecard the complete details of BOTH the transactions along with your name and send the notecard to Felicity Bluemnthal.
*Refunds will only be given if the EXACT same item(s) were purchased.
